Like most employees, you are probably wondering how your compensation and benefits were affected as a result of the recent legislative session. Most of you are aware that the legislature funded a one percent general salary increase for most state employees. However, a final decision has been made regarding specifically which employees will get the increase. This includes all Schedule B employees not in longevity. Schedule B employees in longevity will receive a one-time bonus equivalent to the calculation of a 1% yearly bonus. Schedule IN and TL employees who receive benefits will also receive the increase. Please see the attached list for Schedule A employees and other details regarding the increase.
